Onboarding Process

Any Assembly member may apply to join TAPKTF by submitting an enrollment form to the National/State Peace Keeping Coordinator Team. All applicants will be interviewed by the National/State Task Force Team to ensure they embody ATL values and are a good fit for the role. After the enrollment has been received the applicant will be contacted and shown where to find a  series of training videos that will need to be completed before the initial interview has been conducted. This process will be over a couple of months.

 

Steps to becoming a TAPKTF Officer

  1. Complete enrollment form
  2. Initial 30 min interview with an PTF Officer
  3. Background Check
  4. Assembly to verify candidate (reference)
  5. Second Interview
  6. Appointment within the Peacekeeping Task Force

After appointment, Officers will undergo training to gain foundational knowledge of the various offices within the Guardianage Assembly and their functions. They will also continue with liaison work.
