Every TAPKTF officer must demonstrate the following core principles in their daily work:
Officers are expected to maintain a standard of Integrity, Transparency, Honour, Accountability, and Communication at all times. These values ensure that officers represent the highest moral and ethical standards in all their respective liaison duties
Each officer is required to have a thorough comprehension of the requirements for the Guardianage Assembly. A working Knowledge of other Assemblies is also important. This knowledge is critical to ensuring compliance and providing accurate guidance to those they support via liaison duties.
Officers must actively interface with local authorities, community leaders, and assembly members to foster a peaceful, secure, and well-managed environment.
TAPKTF upholds a strict commitment to peaceful resolutions in all interactions. Officers must demonstrate skill in negotiation, de-escalation, and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
In the context of the Terra Assemblies, the following roles have their equivalent responsibilities in relation to modern government structures:
Additionally, each TAPKTF Officer is equivalent to a Level 1 United Nations Advisor, highlighting the high level of expertise, responsibility, and influence each officer holds.
TAPKTF will provide officers with the necessary tools and training to liaise with the Guardianage Assembly effectively, utilizing PKTFs Internal Management System (IMS). This system enables officers to monitor the Guardianage Assembly progress, track compliance, and ensure that all requirements are met. The IMS provides real-time data on the Assemblies’ performance, allowing officers to make informed decisions and manage tasks efficiently to ensure it is compliant with Terra Australis requirements before becoming operational as an Assembly.
TAPKTF Officers are responsible for liaising with and overseeing the Guardianage Assembly, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed for its proper establishment. All actions should be conducted peacefully, lawfully, and with a measured approach.
The Terra Australis Peace Keeping Task Force (TAPKTF) plays a critical role in maintaining order, security, and compliance within the Terra Assembly's governance structure. Officers serve as vital liaisons, fostering peaceful resolutions and ensuring that the Guardianage Assembly functions effectively. By adhering to the highest standards of ATL conduct, officers contribute to the stability and success of the Guardianage Assembly’s operations before that assembly is ready to stand up. All PKTF officers must realize that each assembly in their own right is independent and sovereign. PKTF Officers are not part of the assembly, they are there to provide a liaison service only or the bridge between assemblies and local stakeholders.
The TAPKTF remains a valuable resource, they can be utilised to assist other assemblies as needed with liaison duties. ALL PKTF Teams must continue their mission of peacekeeping, disaster relief, and lawful non-violent resolutions. PKTF officers must remember that local authorities may not wish to interact. It is important that all PKTF members become proactive and approach their respective local authorities to start the “Handshake” process. This step will help with the awareness and assist with the interface requirements as the Assembly starts to become ready to stand up.
