PKTF officers act as vital links between local communities and the Guardianage Assembly. Their primary responsibility is to raise awareness of the comprehensive services, training, and support provided by the PKTF, ensuring that local Guardianage Assemblies are fully equipped to benefit from and implement these essential resources. Through active engagement and outreach, PKTF officers foster connections that strengthen local readiness and resilience.
PKTF officers work with their Guardianage and local Jural Assembly Peace Keepers, fostering mutual respect and collaboration between the PKTF, the Guardianage Assembly and the other emergency response organisations. A central focus of TAPKTF’s duties is on maintaining peace, order, and security within local assemblies. Officers work closely with local authorities and community leaders to enforce lawful peacekeeping measures, ensuring that all operations are carried out in a non-violent, diplomatic manner. Officers are to ensure that constant liaison is done with local authorities to give them peace of mind that we are not a belligerent group who mean harm.
PKTF officers serve as key liaisons, actively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including community members, local leaders, and law enforcement. Their role is to facilitate open, respectful communication, ensuring that interactions between all parties are conducted in a peaceful and cooperative manner. The primary objective is to foster a collaborative environment where issues are addressed and resolved through mutual respect, understanding, and shared responsibility, thereby promoting harmony and community well-being.
PKTF ensures that Assemblies are well-prepared with the necessary skills, equipment, and resources to manage emergency operations, disaster relief, and community defence. All activities are conducted lawfully and with the highest integrity, focusing on minimising harm, and protecting life and property. PKTF officers are equipped to assist any Assembly during emergencies, whether responding to a direct request for help or proactively offering support when needed, ensuring timely and coordinated disaster response.
As a third-party service provider directly involved in training and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Guardianage Assembly, PKTF plays an important role in reporting and certifying the Assembly's performance and adherence to lawful intent. Officers ensure ongoing communication with local authorities, providing reassurance that Guardianage Assemblies are non-belligerent, operating within lawful, peaceful guidelines. This active engagement fosters trust between Assemblies and community stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability in all operations.
